Tai'an Single Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to:

The R&D, design, manufacturing and installation of production lines for paper-covered plasterboard, gypsum blocks and construction plaster powder; And

The development and installation of a variety of automatic control systems.

We have been granted the Quality System Certificate in conformity with ISO 9001: 2000 standard and have the right of Import and Export.

At present, we have engineering expertise and experience for the design and installation of production lines for
1) paper-covered plasterboard, with capacity of 1 million~30 million m² per annum;
2) plaster blocks, with capacity of 100 thousand~1 million m² per annum; And
3) plaster powder, with capacity of 5~50 tons per machine-hour.

All the production lines for paper-backed plasterboard that we design adopt advanced technologies including all automatic batching system, board molding system, fixed-length cutting, edge sawing, automatic sealing, automatic stacking, as well as hot wind drying.

All the gypsum powder production lines we design adopt DCS automatic control system and advanced equipments such as vertical mill and boiling furnace.

All the production lines for plaster blocks that we design adopt all automatic batching system, hydraulic-pressure jacking up mold system, automatic controlled space clamp system and transverse wind kiln system. These production lines can produce plaster blocks in multiple specifications (including 666*500*80 solid, 666*500*100 solid (hollow), 666*500*120 hollow, 666*300*150 hollow, and 500*400*200 hollow).

In recent years, the Company committed itself to the research and development of chemical plaster (phosphorus gypsum and desulfurized gypsum) and its application in construction materials. We now have grasped the preparation technique of construction plaster out of industrial waste residue, and successfully manufactured end plaster products such as paper-covered plasterboards and gypsum blocks, and we have built many production lines for civil famous electric plants and phosphorus chemical plant, such as Huaneng International Cor., Sichuan Gaoyu and Guizhou Hongfu and etc. Till 2007, our total production capacity of production lines dealing with chemical gypsum has up to 2 million tons, which is a contribution to China's environmental protection.

In order to improve our research ability and design ability, in 2007, we bought a office building, with the area of more than 2000 m² , as our new research base and we bought all assay equipments for plaster building materials and all test equipments for manufacturing equipments, so we can offer assay data for our clients and offer commission basis after production lines have built, which will reduce commission fee.

In addition, we ourselves have built a Gypsum Block Production Line with the annual capacity of 100, 000 m² , which serves for clients to offer test results of gypsum materials to them.

Along with the development of our equipments and process technology, at present, the production line of building gypsums, paper-covered plasterboards and gypsum blocks has been successful on international market, sold to more than 10 countries, such as Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and West Asia, especially the production line of Paper-covered Plasterboard has sold to Italy, which shows our equipments and processes can compare with European countries.
